What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently design and develop electronics hardware and firmware solutions for lighting systems
- Manage engineering documentation and ensure compliance with product development standards
- Lead and mentor other engineers while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches
- Identify and implement process improvements for productivity and quality enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of four years of applicable experience in electronics design and firmware development
- Proficient in schematic capture and PCB layout tools, as well as Microsoft Office365
- Strong understanding of thermal design, electrical isolation, and reliability testing
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing and factory testing methods
- Familiarity with Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
- Ability to understand and speak Mandarin Chinese
