What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop insight into new Emerging Technologies impacting the CRE Market
- Manage relationships with Partners, Internal and External stakeholders
- Engage with Start Ups for Evaluations and Solution Analysis
- Lead projects for the integration of Emerging Technologies
- Communicate Emerging Technology Strategy and develop presentations outlining business impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Effective management and direction of diverse teams in support of business and technology projects
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in managing projects through the lifecycle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of governance processes and change management methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in Emerging Technologies or related fields
