      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and support an equitable workplace culture, facilitating compliance and employee relations best practices
      - Advise and coach HR team members on labor and employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management
      - Conduct and manage non-routine workplace investigations of associate complaints and grievances
      - Build and implement Standard Work and best practice tools, policies, and training
      - Liaise with HR team members to share learnings and ensure effective case handling

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - University degree required (BA or BS); Master’s Degree preferred
      - At least 5+ years of labor and employee relations experience in the U.S.
      - Significant experience in handling Human Resources and Employee Relations investigations
      - Ability to function independently in a sophisticated, matrixed organization
      - Willingness to travel domestically approximately 15% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Labor and employee relations experience in Canada and/or Puerto Rico
      - Experience with data analytics
      - Background in conducting workplace training
