What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise and coach HR team members on labor and employee relations matters
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations of associate complaints and grievances
- Develop and implement Standard Work and best practice tools and policies
- Collaborate with HR team members to share learnings and ensure effective case handling
- Draft non-routine documents and templates related to core HR functions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree required (BA or BS); Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of labor and employee relations experience in the U.S.
- Significant experience in managing Human Resources and Employee Relations investigations
- Ability to function independently in a sophisticated, matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed, approximately 15% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Labor and employee relations experience in Canada and/or Puerto Rico
- Experience with data analytics
- Background in conducting workplace training
