- Design, manage, and continuously improve enablement programs tailored to cross-functional needs.
- Own and manage the enablement calendar, ensuring appropriate prioritization and alignment with organizational goals.
- Partner with subject matter experts to create, refine, and deliver enablement materials such as scripts, demos, presentations, and guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify enablement needs and opportunities.
- Guide and review enablement content to ensure sessions are interactive, engaging, and aligned with company priorities.
- Organize and maintain enablement documentation, resources, and recordings to create a comprehensive repository.
- Ensure enablement plans, updates, and sessions are effectively communicated across the organization.
- Leverage technology to streamline and improve enablement processes and resources.
- Infuse energy and excitement into enablement sessions, fostering a culture of curiosity and continuous learning.

- 5+ years of experience in enablement, program management, business operations, or a similar role in SaaS or a tech environment.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving accountability across teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a focus on clarity and engagement.
- Tech-savvy mindset with experience using enablement platforms and tools.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for driving company enablement across the organization. This role will focus on managing enablement operations, collaborating with leadership to prioritize and deliver cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring enablement and implementation across teams. This will involve partnering closely with cross-functional leaders, creating resources, documenting processes, and leading engaging and impactful sessions across the team. This position will play a critical role in ensuring connectivity across teams, consistent knowledge sharing, and skill building, to enable lockstep across our organization.
