What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the direction, management, quality control, and completion of program deliverables
- Facilitate the progress of new program launches and manage a portfolio of projects
- Communicate program progress to management, clients, and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and data analysis to track industry trends affecting energy efficiency
- Organize and facilitate in-person meetings, conference calls, and collaboration sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
- Technical bachelor's degree in an energy-related discipline preferred
- At least 5 years of project management experience
- Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and analytical problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint, OneNote)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of midstream programs
- Familiarity with HVAC and/or foodservice equipment
