      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct engineering analyses related to power generation and energy system integration
      - Research, develop, design, and test electrical/electronic systems and their control mechanisms
      - Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on diverse energy projects
      - Analyze equipment performance and establish operating data through experimental testing
      - Develop system architectures and technologies for secure electric power systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA with 7+ years of relevant work experience, or MS/MA with 5+ years of relevant work experience, or PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience
      - Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
      - Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
      - U.S. Citizenship required
      - Experience in conducting systems-based engineering analysis and techno-economic assessments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree(s) in electrical engineering with experience in commercial power generation and advanced nuclear power
      - Additional credentials such as a PE license or electrician license
      - Familiarity with codes and tools for nuclear-derived energy production
      - Experience with nuclear power production and microgrids
      - Background in financial and techno-economic analysis of engineered systems
