What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or 12 years of equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience in mid to large-sized organizations
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Proven experience in developing systems to monitor risks and dependencies
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in translating technical solutions for non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- 5 years of experience with SQL, Cloud, Visual Studio, Power BI, or similar tools
- Experience in a customer-facing role, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues
- 7 years of experience working in philanthropy
- Familiarity with Blackbaud CRM, Raiser’s Edge, or similar non-profit CRM applications
