What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead energy sector focused natural resource and regulatory project teams
- Manage all aspects of projects including agency coordination, budget control, and technical approach
- Write technical reports and public environmental documents
- Perform QA/QC review of project documents
- Prepare Critical Issues Analyses for renewable energy development clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS in biology, ecology, conservation biology, environmental science, or related discipline
- 8+ years of professional experience with endangered species surveys and related tasks
- 3+ years of project or task order management for ecological and regulatory projects in the energy sector

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MS/PhD in biology, ecology, conservation biology, environmental science, or related discipline
- Experience with ESA Section 7, wetland and stream permitting, conservation planning, and agency coordination
- Experience in multiple phases of project development and proposal preparation
