      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support for Grand Central, Prelude, Real Time Eligibility, and Enterprise projects
      - Analyze and design clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows
      - Manage project portfolios, including Epic upgrade builds and facility expansion projects
      - Assist with onboarding, training, and user support for assigned products
      - Monitor and maintain work queues and registration workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in healthcare information technology
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Intermediate knowledge of business processes and clinical workflows
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex issues
      - Experience in testing and quality assurance for software applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of healthcare information systems and their applications
      - Experience with project management methodologies
      - Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
      - Ability to lead small project teams and mentor less experienced colleagues
