      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, identify, engage, assess, and cultivate relationships with external leadership talent

      - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies
      - Maintain data integrity in all talent acquisition activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - Minimum of 5 years of work experience in executive recruiting or similar roles
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within a retained search firm or in-house executive recruiting team
      - Proven track record of leading executive level searches for VP+ positions
      - Strong executive presence with the ability to interpret enterprise business strategies
      - Familiarity with candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms
      - Experience utilizing various sourcing tools and methods to identify and engage executive talent
