Oneida Engineering Solutions (OES) delivers full-service A-E design, construction management, and survey services. In the federal sector, our primary clients are General Services Administration, Department of Agriculture, Department of the Interior. and the Department of Defense (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Air Force Civil Engineer Center, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, etc.).

OES has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager of A-E Services. This is a remote position, though hybrid options are available for employees near one of our offices.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Serves as an integral member of the OES team responsible for managing projects of varying size and complexity.
• Cultivates and nurtures client partnerships to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and leverage industry best practices. PM-client engagement is critical for each project to clarify specific requirements, define project scope and objectives, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Leverages team-building and leadership experience to set the conditions for successful project execution. Devises teaming strategies in collaboration with federal program manager, builds proposals, project management plans, and adapts lessons learned to deliver high quality designs.
• Manages all implementation processes including progress tracking, financial reporting, monitoring change control process, quality control, configuration control and documentation, training, and status reports. Sets expectations and engages with design team as required to identify and/or mitigate risks during project delivery.
• Applies and adapts project management principles and company-specific policies to support culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Field (Architecture or Engineering, Construction Management)
• At least 12 years of experience in field of architecture, engineering and/or construction; at least 5 years of experience with federal A-E facility projects
• Ability to travel 5-20% of the time to project sites with possibility of OCONUS travel

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Tavel:

• This position is a Remote position, ability to travel 5-20% of the time to project sites with possibility of OCONUS travel. Hybrid options are available for employees near one of our offices.

Compensation:

• $110,000- $160,000 + Benefits
