      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and monitor territorial/state agency plans and spearhead agency review processes
      - Execute the entire life cycle of appointments, including prospecting, soliciting, and evaluating agencies
      - Manage agency production initiatives to meet territorial objectives
      - Build relationships and coordinate functions with agencies and internal departments
      - Gather competitive marketing intelligence and educate customers on product offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in P&C Commercial Lines marketing or underwriting preferred
      - In-depth understanding of the insurance industry, including competitors and trends
      - Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams toward common goals
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Significant insurance education (e.g., INS, AU, CPCU) or willingness to pursue further education

      - Experience in the insurance industry with a strong understanding of market dynamics
      - Proven track record of successful agency relationship management
      - Additional insurance certifications or designations
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Familiarity with current insurance technology and automation tools
