- Acting as regional finance business partner to our Middle East, India and Africa sub-region, providing value-adding analytical support to aid decision making
- Support completion of monthly management reporting, including preparation of KPI pack and review of variances to key comparatives with sub-regional teams
- Support quarterly pricing and profitability analysis of key vintages to ensure optimal allocation of malt products across the region
- Support regional marketing team with brand investment analysis, including post ROI evaluation and facilitate learning across the sub-regions
- Support regional supply chain team with analysis of in market stock to ensure that stocks are deployed as effectively as possible
- Review of the weekly orderbook/pipeline report (alongside supply chain) gaining a clear understanding of any variances and providing an update to EMEIA senior leadership team
- Owner of regional overheads, including all planning and reporting requirements
- Lead initial review of planning and forecasting processes for all EMEIA sub-regions
- Assists the Senior Finance Manager, EMEIA, in preparing presentations for the regional leadership, and other stakeholders as required
- Pro-active development of planning and reporting tools and analytics, engaging with Group, business unit and regional finance teams to ensure standardised approach
- Being confident in the explanation and delivery of analysis to peers and senior leaders in a clear and concise manner, alongside being able to present and explaining key financial data to people out-with finance.

Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, EMEIA, you will provide key financial analysis and decision support to Group, business unit and regional teams. You will support all core financial planning and reporting processes for the region, including monthly KPI’s, pricing, profitability and brand investment analysis.

Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a professional finance qualification, with the desire and ability to grow. You will be a self-starter with experience of problem solving and evidence of addressing problems with solutions, with a proactive approach to thinking about issues before they materialise. The ability and confidence to present to senior leaders is essential, along with strong IT skills relevant to role e.g., MS Excel (advanced), Information, Analysis and Reporting systems, principally SAP and Planning Analytics.
