What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate financial statements reflecting operational activities and contract terms
- Lead complex financial analyses to evaluate site and service line performance, future projections, and identify opportunities and risks
- Assist in the budget process, identifying trends and quantifying financial impacts to maximize profitability
- Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments, renewals, and business development
- Assist in preparing board materials and responding to ad-hoc requests from C-suite or board members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with proven ability to execute complex financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration across various functional areas

- Experience in hospital medicine or healthcare finance
- Familiarity with financial statements, return on investment, and variance analysis
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work with limited direction
- Proven track record of persistence and patience in challenging situations
