What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and budgets, incorporating key business drivers
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets, recommending corrective actions
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide financial support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and functions
- Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software and ERP systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Proficiency in SQL or Python, and experience with dashboarding tools
- Experience using Quickbooks and Ramp for financial systems
