What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the development and management of the college's financial reporting and planning processes, including budgets and forecasts
- Maintain the college's charts of accounts and assume fiscal officer responsibilities for assigned accounts
- Provide training and support to unit fiscal officers on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Serve as the fiscal officer during staff transitions and coordinate with HR for continuity of operations
- Prepare financial reports for AACSB annual surveys and contribute to the re-accreditation process

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
- Three to five years of related experience in financial statement preparation, cost accounting, or auditing
- Experience with word processing, office management, spreadsheet, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance processes
- Registration as a Certified Public Accountant is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with university systems such as EBS and Spartan Financial Navigator
- At least three years of experience as a financial analyst with complex budgeting processes, including planning and forecasting
