What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and execute financial planning processes, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative analyses of monthly financial results against budget and forecast

- Build financial and operating models to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 4-6 years of experience in Public Accounting/Consulting or a similar Analyst role in a large organization
- Strong background in corporate finance
- Excellent financial modeling and Excel skills
- Effective communication and influencing skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CPA (or equivalent) designation
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
