What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive and maintain financial reporting models, frameworks, and presentation formats
- Support the finance team in designing, maintaining, and presenting annual budgets, forecasts, and expense management processes
- Prepare monthly financial reporting and conduct variance reviews
- Develop analytical models for new business ventures and explore cost savings projects
- Assist with special projects and the month-end close process, including journal entry review and preparation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, business analytics, or a related discipline
- BA/BS in accounting, finance, or a related discipline required
- Experience managing large datasets and developing models, with familiarity in cloud data warehouse and enterprise data analytics platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sage Intacct, Great Plains/MS Dynamics, or comparable enterprise accounting information systems
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle management and/or revenue recognition
- Demonstrated experience supporting key business decisions through detailed analytics
