What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field; or Associate degree plus eleven years of experience; or High school diploma plus fifteen years of experience in a healthcare setting in accounting or finance
- Minimum of seven years of experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in completing independent financial analysis and making sound recommendations
- Demonstrated leadership ability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Experience within a healthcare setting in accounting and finance
- Experience using spreadsheet software with knowledge of functions and databases
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHEP) certification
