What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and monitor financial data for reporting to senior leadership
- Serve as a finance lead to operations and coordinate with leadership on financial initiatives
- Prepare forecasts and analyze the company's short to long-term financial position
- Provide financial information and serve as a knowledge resource to operations managers and senior management
- Direct decision-making processes to achieve financial goals and targets

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or related field; or Associate degree with eleven years of experience; or High school diploma with fifteen years of experience in accounting or finance within a healthcare setting
- Minimum of seven years' experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, or financial analysis
- Demonstrated proficiency in independent financial analysis and collaboration with managers
- Proven leadership ability
- Must not have been excluded from participation in federally funded programs, including Medicare and Medicaid

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
- Experience in a healthcare setting in accounting and finance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHEP) certification
- Proficient in spreadsheet software with knowledge of functions and databases
