What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities, focusing on Sales and Distribution Center support
- Develop and promote standard processes to improve controllership and enhance reporting
- Prepare management, board, and ad hoc reports to support operations
- Work closely with Sales and Vendor Development teams in budget and forecast preparation
- Analyze and comment on performance with operating plans and provide financial leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in Accounting and/or Financial Planning & Analysis
- Experience in a distribution, retail, or manufacturing business
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Solid working knowledge of ERP and Financial Reporting tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Infor and Phocas is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication skills and self-motivated work ethic
