What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate financial statements reflecting operational activities
- Lead and perform complex financial analyses related to historical performance and future projections
- Assist in the budget process by identifying trends and quantifying financial impacts to enhance profitability
- Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments, renewals, and business development
- Assist in the creation of board materials and respond to ad-hoc requests from C-suite and investors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5-8 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with proven ability to execute complex financial analysis
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and executing work across various functional areas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment or working with hospital partners
- Advanced knowledge of financial statements, return on investment, and variance analysis
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
