What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure financial statements accurately reflect operational activities and contract terms
- Perform complex financial analysis to assess site and service line performance, and identify growth opportunities and risks
- Assist in the budget process by working with business leaders to identify trends and quantify financial impacts
- Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments and business development opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of board materials and respond to ad-hoc requests from C-suite and board members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required
- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Proven ability to execute complex financial analysis and collaborate across functional areas
