What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare, maintain, diagnose, and analyze the enterprise-wide Cost Accounting function
- Determine and implement cost accounting procedures and methods
- Conduct financial analysis and planning to support decision-making
- Collaborate with operational departments to provide decision support and cost accounting insights
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, and statistical applications for data analysis and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Decision Support, Finance, Nursing, Medical Records, IT, or equivalent education and work experience
- 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, business and financial analysis, planning, and project management
- Extensive experience with Excel, Power BI, and similar databases, as well as PowerPoint and statistical applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of experience with decision support and cost accounting in the healthcare industry
