What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting for high-visibility projects within Division 1 (D1): K-12 Systems
- Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize financial reporting and data analysis to support strategic goals
- Develop, oversee, and manage division and project budgets, including monthly budget reviews and forecasting
- Prepare financial reports highlighting key metrics to support the organization's business strategies
- Serve as a liaison between project directors and the accounting team to ensure accurate project billing and invoicing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance/accounting and 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and budget management
- Strong fiscal management skills with experience in reviewing and improving business practices
- Ability to perform complex financial models and data queries while adhering to financial policies and GAAP
- Fluency and expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce, Cognos, and adaptive reporting and budgeting software
- Familiarity with fiscal management for federal contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements
- Experience in applying corporate business practices to the non-profit sector
