What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support business modeling by developing best-practice models and analyzing risk alternatives
- Lead various analyses that deliver data-driven insights to promote decision-making and business outcomes
- Drive efficiencies by streamlining, standardizing, and automating processes and reporting requirements
- Create budgets and forecasts related to strategic initiatives by analyzing budgeting trends
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly presentations for the CFO and Board of Directors

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of finance experience
- Experience in FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong financial and analytical skills with demonstrated strategic thought leadership
- Ability to influence leadership at all levels to drive actions and decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with advanced FP&A software such as Adaptive, Planful, Datarails, or Power BI
- Familiarity with SQL and Python
