      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Division Senior Leadership to optimize data analysis and financial reporting to support strategic goals
      - Design, prepare, and analyze financial reports and models, including variance and trend analysis
      - Manage Division and project budgets, including overseeing Financial Analysts and Operations staff
      - Conduct monthly budget reviews and forecasts in collaboration with senior management
      - Serve as a liaison between Project Directors and the Accounting team to ensure accurate project billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance/accounting with 5-7 years of relevant work experience
      - Extensive knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, accounting, and budget management
      - Strong fiscal management skills with experience in reviewing and improving business processes
      - Ability to perform complex financial models and data queries adhering to financial policies and GAAP
      - Fluency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with database querying is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Salesforce, Cognos, and Adaptive reporting and budgeting software
      - Familiarity with fiscal management for federal contracts, grants, and cooperative agreements
      - Strong customer service attitude toward internal and external clients
      - Interest in applying corporate practices to the non-profit sector, particularly in education
