What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and execute operating budgets, including analysis of prior year budgets and actuals
- Manage strategic capital projects and coordinate with leadership on future needs
- Develop and update financial forecasts based on actual performance
- Perform accurate and timely cost accounting and drive improvements in related processes
- Conduct financial analysis for Systemwide initiatives and maintain standard financial tools and methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting and variance analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and leadership
- Knowledge of cost accounting processes and financial management principles

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in healthcare financial planning and analysis
- Familiarity with capital project management in a healthcare setting
- Skills in developing financial tools and templates
- Experience in a faith-based healthcare environment
