      To support our ongoing growth and transformation, we are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our team and contribute to our strategic vision.

      Your assignments

      As a Senior Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing financial reporting, analysis, and strategic financial planning and will have the great chance to be part in our journey in enhancing our financial planning and reporting processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a complex, multinational environment and demonstrates the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. You will work across departments and regions to harmonize financial processes, tools, and global reporting standards. Key responsibilities include:

      • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal guidelines.
      • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts, providing insights and recommendations based on financial performance and market trends.
      • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global, regional, and local finance teams, as well as non-financial departments, to ensure alignment and harmonization of financial processes and reporting standards.
      • Improvement processes, esp. the forecasting process and implementation of our new planning tool: Ensure full implementation of the new planning tool in our globally operating companies and adoption of local forecasting processes to foster efficiency and deeper insights into financial data. Beyond that, identify further process optimization oppertunitities and standardization in financial reporting and analysis across the company’s global operations through digitalization.
      • Global Reporting Standards: Work across departments and regions to harmonize financial processes, tools, and global reporting standards, ensuring consistency and transparency.
      • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and legal/regulatory requirements, supporting audit processes as needed.

      What we’re looking for

      We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic financial expert who can manage complexity and lead cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have:

      • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
      • Experience: 7+ years of experience in financial controlling or financial management, ideally in a global or multinational organization.
      • Skills:
        • Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities, with proficiency in IFRS.
        • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
        • Proven experience in driving process improvements and standardization across diverse regions and departments.
        • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and financial planning tools.
      • Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
      • Personal Qualities: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
