What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, analyze, and summarize financial recommendations for new capital investments and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with various departments to build business cases for new sites and analyze financial performance
- Prepare financial analysis and presentations for executive audiences
- Monitor and update business cases with actual financial results and revised forecasts
- Provide support to third-party investors through profitability analysis and data support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in finance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to conduct detailed data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience with investors and construction projects is a plus
- Knowledge of revenue recognition is preferred
- Ability to work flexibly across multiple time zones
- Strong presentation skills in PowerPoint
