What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct service line analysis, episode of care analytics, financial modeling, and cost accounting to support organizational strategies
- Identify financial and operational performance trends and recommend improvements
- Participate in budget preparation, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and cost reporting
- Prepare and analyze benchmarking data against organizational metrics
- Assist in ad-hoc financial planning activities as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare finance and accounting
- Experience with StrataJazz Advanced Cost Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications in financial analysis or related fields
- Experience with healthcare financial modeling and reporting tools
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
