What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for the organization
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions
- Develop and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP
- Collaborate with departments to analyze projects, measure performance, and make recommendations
- Perform cost-benefit and breakeven analyses on various projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 3 to 5 years of progressive financial responsibility
- Direct experience with Intacct Accounting Software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree and CPA preferred
