What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the analysis, development, and programming required to provide a balanced annual budget for the Director, Air Warfare
- Provide detailed PBIS data pulls and analyses, including POM development and PPBE processes
- Deliver expert knowledge of N98 historical decisions across multiple budget cycles
- Analyze naval aviation force structure and financing of capabilities in support of investment strategies
- Develop in-depth analyses of operational and fiscal risks necessary for limited funding support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Over 10 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience consulting directly with military customers
- Familiarity with the PPBE process and PBIS

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recent experience interfacing with System Command PMA/PMW BFMs and Budget Directors/Comptrollers
- Understanding of US Naval Aviation programs and the ability to provide programmatic recommendations
