What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare P&L reports and assist in the review of financial results and preparation of financial analysis packages
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Use Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure accurate financial reporting across departments
- Guide cost analysis processes and recommend actions based on trends and forecasts
- Compile and prepare documentation reflecting the company's financial standing for internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of advanced financial reporting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA in Finance preferred
- Strong analytical skills, including expertise in data mining and model building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
- Proven experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights or similar applications
