      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify potential fraud risks across various data hierarchies and enable safer claims processes
      - Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop data-driven fraud policies and strategies
      - Create and maintain dashboards and reporting models for stakeholders to guide decision-making
      - Manage and curate data pipelines to support reporting, modeling, and machine learning initiatives
      - Analyze and optimize fraud workflows in partnership with internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years in Risk/Fraud analysis
      - At least 3 years of experience in analytics with increasing complexity and senior roles
      - Proficiency in quantitative tools such as Python, R, or Stata, and advanced SQL skills
      - Strong communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with payment processing lifecycle and chargeback dispute processes
      - Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Airflow, SSIS, or UC4
      - Knowledge of data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
      - Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to learn and contribute to team efforts
      - Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations
