What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead or significantly contribute to medium-to-large software releases across team boundaries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand stakeholder needs and deliver effective outcomes
- Participate in the design review process, providing and receiving constructive feedback
- Manage the entire lifecycle of code, from development to production and subsequent improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and assist with recruitment and hiring efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as a full stack web engineer in a production environment
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Experience with a Python framework such as Django or Flask
- Solid understanding of Restful APIs and experience with Git and related workflows

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in an agile team environment
- Familiarity with build systems such as Jenkins and build pipelines
- Advanced experience with AWS containerization or developer-related services
- Ability to work within a Linux environment to manage web applications and related tasks
