What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Operate and maintain the District's Geographic Information System (GIS) and related applications
- Develop and report on GIS programs, web applications, and mobile data collection systems
- Assess and implement long-term strategic goals for data consistency and integrity with stakeholders
- Create dashboards and reports to meet departmental requirements
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with department managers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience in data management tools such as SQL
- Familiarity with ESRI's suite of software, including ArcGIS desktop and server
- Valid Driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced computer skills with knowledge of utility systems data management
- Experience with NISC iVUE modules, AMI (NetSense), and SCADA (Survalent)
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse audiences
