Senior Group FP&A Manager
Reporting to the Group Head of FP&A
London based with Hybrid working

We are looking for an experienced FP&A manager with experience working within the Insurance industry.

This role is crucial to driving the Group’s financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities across the organization. As the Senior Manager in FP&A you will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights and guidance to support informed decision-making at the executive level. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing multi-national Group and have a significant impact on our financial strategies and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Insights: Assist in the development and execution of the company's financial strategy by providing data-driven recommendations and analysis
• Act as a key link between Business Units and Investor Relations to facilitate understanding of financial performance and forward looking projections
• Lead a high performing team that will:

­- Produce in-depth financial analysis, including variance, trend and scenario analysis, to support understanding of Group performance and derive actionable insights for the Executive leadership team

- Prepare insightful financial reports and presentations for executive leadership including linking insight between operational and financial metrics / data to facilitate high quality commercial discussions

• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, provide recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Lead special projects related to strategic financial insight, modelling and process improvement initiatives
