What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates for Go-To-Market roles through various sourcing channels
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored strategies
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an efficient candidate experience
- Analyze recruitment data and share insights with internal stakeholders to inform strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruiting for Go-To-Market roles, with at least 5 years in the technology sector
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market strategies and sales methodologies
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)

- Experience in recruiting within the AI, HPC, or data storage markets
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
