To support the Practice Nurses and Doctors in the implementation of individualised care and therapy programmes for patients. Respond to patient queries and requests for assistance from patients and other visitors to the surgery

To record appropriate information in patient held records, clinic records and the practice computer system to comply with legal and professional requirements.
