What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee data analysis and contribute to research reports for internal and external consumption
- Conduct research on drug utilization and the impact on patient health and clinical outcomes
- Define and document complex study methods, performing statistical modeling and interpreting model outputs
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish care-centered contract terms and reporting accuracy
- Present analysis methods and results to internal or external audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- PharmD or Bachelor of Science Pharmacy degree with a current pharmacist license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year in clinical or research roles in a managed care or pharmaceutical environment
- Alternatively, a Master's degree in Public Health, Science, or related field with at least 5 years of related work experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PharmD, MD, or PhD
- Experience analyzing healthcare claims data and publishing clinical research
- Advanced training or clinical certifications
- Draft author in industry literature
