      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize SAS for designing and completing retrospective statistical studies to evaluate clinical program performance
      - Use SQL to construct claims-based datasets for analysis
      - Develop polished and dynamic MS Excel models to meet analytical requests
      - Analyze key health metrics to inform ongoing clinical program performance
      - Communicate project status and results to requestors effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in statistics, actuarial science, health services research, economics, or a related field
      - 4+ years of analytical experience in healthcare economics or program evaluation using complex healthcare data
      - Proficiency in SQL for data table creation or SAS for statistical analysis
      - Experience with multivariate regression and tests of significance
      - Proficiency in MS Excel, including working with formulas, pivots, and graphs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree such as an MPH or MS
      - Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal customers
      - Experience with Medicare Advantage programs
      - Experience presenting analytical summaries to stakeholders
      - Ability to derive actionable conclusions from analyses
