What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support evaluations of value-based care models using advanced empirical methods
- Design and conduct complex statistical analyses, including developing analytic plans
- Supervise research staff to ensure tasks are conducted with sound analytic methods
- Produce client-ready deliverables and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide expertise on cancer care and oncology research

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Economics, Statistics, Public Health, Public Policy, Epidemiology, Biostatistics -or- Master’s degree with 5+ post graduate years of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience designing and conducting advanced statistical analysis
- 5+ years of experience managing and analyzing large datasets
- 3+ years of experience working with healthcare claims and enrollment data
- 2+ years of experience in oncology research using secondary data sources

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- SAS certification
- Experience with Medicare Part D data
- Demonstrated experience with business development
- Advanced understanding of Medicare payment policy
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
