What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide subject-matter expertise on EDI data and quantitative solutions
- Manage and ensure the execution of HIPAA-compliant EDI transactions
- Lead initiatives to resolve claim rejections and eligibility errors
- Analyze EDI transaction lifecycles to identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine EDI solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data mining, modeling, and EDI transactions
- Proficient in EDI standards and practices, including ASC X12
- Experience with EDI onboarding, mapping, testing, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of healthcare coding standards, including ICD-10 and CPT
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate decision-making capability

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing role, capturing business requirements
- Familiarity with SQL Server databases and ETL/Data Warehousing skills
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile team environment
- Knowledge of translator tools and EDI layouts
- Background in Federal programs with high visibility
