- Build partnerships with managers to gain a better understanding of staffing plans and develops recruiting plans accordingly
- Full cycle recruitment including, reviewing resumes; screen/interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring manager, negotiating offers, initiating background checks and onboarding.
- Source candidates through online channels.
- Negotiate contracts per company policy
- Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs
- Monitor salary administration, in partnership with compensation, to ensure compliance and equity within the organization
- Interact with search firms and employment agencies, as necessary for temporary, permanent placement and locum tenens (per diem) positions
- Consult with managers to gain an understanding of position requirements
- Other duties as assigned
- Solid knowledge of Human Resources personnel practices and principles
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical skills and recruiting techniques with a proven track record and experience in finding candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Solid planning, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- At least 3 years of recruiting and employment experience in the healthcare industry.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting RNs, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants and/or Physicians.
- Prior staffing agency experience is strongly preferred.

SUMMARY
The Senior Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and negotiating offers. The recruiters are the public face of the organization meaning they must ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial application to the final on-boarding process to carry out the organization's mission, vision and values. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants and corporate positions, ensuring a seamless and personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
