      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Compile, analyze, and file annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
      - Review and evaluate cost report tentative settlements, rate reviews, and final settlements
      - Assess regulatory rules and changes to determine financial impacts on the hospital
      - Update reimbursement models and assist in modeling governmental reimbursement for forecasts and budgets
      - Oversee Medicare and Medicaid post-filing activities, including audits and reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with four years of experience in healthcare reimbursement; OR Master's Degree with three years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED with eight years of experience
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - High degree of dexterity to produce materials on a PC
      - Normal or corrected vision to normal range

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
