"Christina goes above and beyond her job. She is always willing to help, does things without asking first. Christina has really taken care of me, with a smile and compassion. Nothing is ever too much trouble! She is a credit to the ward and hospital, and I sure will miss her smile first thing in a morning when she brings my breakfast. A lovely HCA with a beautiful personality. Even when the ward is so busy, she always finds time to say hello and cheer you up. Thank you, Christina xxx" Anonymised quote from a TULIP nomination for a NUH Healthcare Assistant.

About the company
National Health Service (NHS) is the umbrella term for the publicly-funded healthcare systems of the United Kingdom (UK). The founding principles were that services should be comprehensive, universal and free at the point of delivery—a health service based on clinical need, not ability to pay. Each service provides a comprehensive range of health services, free at the point of use for people ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom apart from dental treatment and optical care.
