What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide comprehensive support to the Justice Business Unit by responding to Help Desk calls and managing customer service tickets
- Conduct application-level troubleshooting and configuration adjustments to resolve customer issues
- Monitor assignment group queues within the case management system, prioritizing and resolving tickets in a timely manner
- Actively contribute to the Knowledge Base to enhance customer self-service capabilities
- Collaborate with various groups such as Application Operations and Hosting Operations for multi-group coordination
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-5 years in Technical Help Desk management
- Required experience with Court Case Management and Jury Software
- Exceptional communication skills for professional interactions with end-users
- Ability to read and diagnose application logs
- Proficiency using CRM and ticketing systems, with experience in ServiceNow being a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- Quick learner of software applications to assist others effectively
- Understanding of security basics and best practices
- Diligence in documenting activities and updating case records
