What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct client interviews to determine program eligibility for the Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) Program
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders and housing industry partners
- Coordinate community outreach efforts and monitor homes listed on the resale software system
- Prepare and complete applicant reviews, applications, and changes for housing applications timely
- Analyze complex information, conduct research, and prepare reports using computers and related software applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Affordable Housing
- Comprehensive knowledge of procedures and techniques applied to Affordable Housing Programs
- Experience determining initial and ongoing eligibility of applicants for affordable housing
- Special Requirements: Occupancy, Calculation, and Eligibility Certification

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of policy, program, and fund development
- Experience with grant research and grant-writing
- Ability to calculate resale prices of ADU homes using ordinance mandated sources
- Knowledge of strategic planning, data collection, and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
